My group had the pleasure of experiencing the best service here. Hands down, the best Starbucks in the area. I believe the employees names were Tristan and Rachel. They made our drinks to perfection and provided amazing service. They were kind, helpful, and professional. We just came from a venue that provided horrible service and they turned our day from frustrating to a delightful day.
The best Starbucks in NOVA. They always greet you when you enter and make you feel cared for. I come here often to work and I love and appreciate their positive atmosphere they've created. I've witnessed them handling an incredibly rude & entitled customer and they handled it with grace. My favorite Starbucks and will continuously be supporting this location specifically.
We continue to come here because it's great. Emily or Em was really sweet and kind and very good at her job did a great job tonight kudos to Emily or Em. She the blonde young lady with the tats, cool.
