Food was good, but the service here is really bad when it comes to this one lady that always has the worst attitude and has no patience and snaps when a costumer is not clear the first time about what they want. Kinda ruined my day ngl.

This is one of the good Subways! They do it right. If you're in this area, choose this location even if it's 5-10 minutes farther. You will regret it otherwise, as you can probably tell from reviews of nearby locations. This is one of the better Subways I have been to.

Typical subway, you could say. They don't have any fountain drinks as the machine has been down for a while, it seems. The only reason to go to a subway is when they have the BOGO deal going on, which we tried today, but the app, of course, would not work properly and they can't do anything in the store to honor the deal when that happens. You would think the higher ups would implicate a way for them to do so and honor their deals when said occurrences arise or give everyone a free BOGO coupon on the app to be used at a later date at least. They did magically have diet coke working today for the fountain drink, so maybe in another month regular coke will make its return. They do have bottle pepsi products as well.

I really appreciated the way the customer service was of this location. They really served me well and didn’t make any problem about me asking if the can use new gloves after helping another customer, since I don’t eat meat.

Elizabeth prepared my sandwich today. She always remembers my order and serves me with a smile that is contagious. It’s a great way to start my day since I come in the mornings.

The food is normal. The store is not loud. The customer service however is really bad. I came in today and ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 drink.

The lady refused to accommodate my request to just order a side of tuna. Which I have ordered at many other subways before.

This lady said with a really bad attitude. “No, we don’t do that here! Do you still want the sandwich?!?”

There was no other customers in the store so there was reason to rush but it was like she was annoyed that she had to make the tuna sandwich or she was shocked by the request.

She had a strong accent, maybe she was annoyed to be working there, not sure, but no need to give paying customers bad attitude.

Will not be back here. Run far away from this place!

The service is terrible, the girl named Ana made me wait for around 24 minutes just so I could start placing my order and once I placed it she didn't charge me because she was making the next order. I asked her if she could charge me and finish my order and she said I should Wait even longer than you already expected, don't waste your time, and if you don't have it. Don't even come because it will take at least 1 hour
