As a recently diagnosed Celiac… I was so excited to see the menu when I walked up!
The asada fries blew my mind!!! I could not believe how incredible the flavors were, and that it was all gluten free and safe for me!!! We were grabbing a quick cider at Lost Boy Cider, and are really hoping this food truck comes back frequently, cause it looks like many others were happy to have them here too!!!!
Actually amazing
It's super good and quite reasonable priced compared to other places with burgers and fries.
Sauce makes the dish
Doesn't taste vegan at all (as long as you don't eat the "meat" by itself), and the service is fast.
Enjoyed at Port City Brewing. So good. Egg rolls were incredible.
Great experience, great food, and great service!!! Love the pairing of vegan food with my lost boy ciders!!! The hot dogs were on point! Egg rolls were flavorful and crunchy, and the asasda fries had so much flavor WILL BE BACK!!!
Outstanding tacos!

I have had their nachos, chili fries, chili dog, and asada tacos and every single thing has been incredible. Follow them on IG for locations and visit if you can!!
We tried the Vegan Factory food truck today when it visited an Ashburn microbrewery. The truck visits a variety of locations around Northern VA. Everything we tried was fantastic. We ordered the chili dogs, which come with the works, including house-made mayo, vegan chili, house-made cashew sour cream, house-made chipotle mayo, and fresh red onions. We also tried the vegan cheesesteak egg rolls, which are made with ground soy, stir-fried with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and vegan cheese. The dipping sauce, made with cashew sour cream, reminded us of really tasty Thousand Island dressing. We also tried the asada french fries, which are loaded with vegan cheese, seasoned soy asada meat, beans, roasted corn pico and spicy jalapeno slices. Portions were huge and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I’d post pictures but I ate my food too fast. I had the philly egg rolls and the TVF burger and it was absolutely incredible.

Best homemade vegan donuts! You should definitely support this young ladies small business. Her donuts are amazing! She also makes cupcakes, cookies, and cakes. I haven't ordered yet but I can't wait to try it! Updated from previous review on 2021-01-08
I purchased donuts, cupcakes, and bread at a vegan festival a month or so ago. Everything was yummy.
We love Rosa Bakes! Rosa is so kind and willing to work with you to create whatever birthday cake you are looking for. She made one with no added sugar for my son's first birthday (sweetened with fruit instead). Her cookies and donuts are also some of my favorite!
Mario's food is INCREDIBLE. I've had his chili, carne asada tacos, and ceviche. I cannot wait to try more! Everything I've had so far is very flavorful and seriously SO good. His business is exactly what the DMV needs! Not to mention, the owner is very kind. 10/10 recommend his food. Your non-vegan friends won't even tell that it's plant-based.
Delicious!!!
