We tried the Vegan Factory food truck today when it visited an Ashburn microbrewery. The truck visits a variety of locations around Northern VA. Everything we tried was fantastic.
We ordered the chili dogs, which come with the works, including house-made mayo, vegan chili, house-made cashew sour cream, house-made chipotle mayo, and fresh red onions.
We also tried the vegan cheesesteak egg rolls, which are made with ground soy, stir-fried with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and vegan cheese. The dipping sauce, made with cashew sour cream, reminded us of really tasty Thousand Island dressing.
We also tried the asada french fries, which are loaded with vegan cheese, seasoned soy asada meat, beans, roasted corn pico and spicy jalapeno slices.
Portions were huge and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great experience, great food, and great service!!! Love the pairing of vegan food with my lost boy ciders!!! The hot dogs were on point! Egg rolls were flavorful and crunchy, and the asasda fries had so much flavor WILL BE BACK!!!

The food was fresh and flavorful. Definitely closer to authentic even if it's vegan made.. I wish I can give them 10 stars. Their empanadas and nachos were delicious. Must try whenever you are in the Ashburn area. Customer service was outstanding, and they were very polite and professional..

We love Rosa Bakes! Rosa is so kind and willing to work with you to create whatever birthday cake you are looking for. She made one with no added sugar for my son's first birthday (sweetened with fruit instead). Her cookies and donuts are also some of my favorite!

Mario's food is INCREDIBLE. I've had his chili, carne asada tacos, and ceviche. I cannot wait to try more! Everything I've had so far is very flavorful and seriously SO good. His business is exactly what the DMV needs! Not to mention, the owner is very kind. 10/10 recommend his food. Your non-vegan friends won't even tell that it's plant-based.
