I ran into Ray today and every time I run in there, I run into friendly people. It was close to closing time. It was a one-man operation, but he was still cool and helpful. Though I felt bad for placing an order right before closing he told me not to sweat it.

Today we placed an order at 7:20 and it says we supposed to get it at 8:03 called at 8:10 and the person who took my phone call told me to wait since the “internet” doesn’t know how many orders they have. He said the order will be on our house in 20 more minutes. It was. 8:54 and i called back. The same person told me to stop the harassment and i will get my pizza when the driver gets to my home. He didn’t let me cancel my order and even said a word. I had to cancel my order with my bank. The order arrived to my home at 9:15pm when my son’s friends were already gone. We did not received the order.
Horrible service by the store. The guy who answers the phone kept putting us on hold and ignoring our call. The order took longer than an hr to arrive and finally had to get it from somewhere else.
Ray was awesome. The food was great!!!

Got a sub and pizza. Food was great, cooked excellent.
