Great place for someone like myself who suffers from an Alpha Gal Allergy (not all people who have this allergy react the same way my specific reaction is the pork and gelatin products) I just wanted to say wow! Had the food truck at the farmers Christmas market, have never tried anything like it before. Service was exceptional, and so welcoming. When we weren’t sure if we wanted the rice or noodles he offered to do half and half so we could try both. Will definitely stop again if I see them!
I find myself CRAVING the perfectly seasoned and cooked chicken and rice. It's topped with a spicy, creamy ranch dressing and complimented with cool, crunchy salad vegetables. Generous portions, fast service by the sweetest family from a bright purple food truck!
