Went to get takeout for me and the kids. Was missing my salsa and hot sauce that was supposed to come with my tacos. Usually I would look beyond this, but it definitely is not the first time this has happened. Food is average. If you’re getting takeout I’d highly suggest checking your order in the store.
My child and I stopped in for a late lunch today. We enjoyed the chips and salsa and ordered a tierra del Mar to share.
It was, 100%, the best version of that dish I have had anywhere. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I'm impressed.

By far my favorite hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant in Virginia. I grew up in the southwest with authentic Mexican food and have been looking for a place like this. Great service and food at a reasonable price. I am almost hesitant to recommend so highly because I don’t want it to get too crowded, but it deserves the praise.
