Did have an issue with the order but will say that the food I did receive tasted really good. Have eaten here for many many years and always liked. Will circle items on menu if problem when ordering to try to make easier. Really love getting a side cup of sauce to make everything just a little tastier instead of soy or duck sauce, should try worth the extra cost over the free packets. If I order just the sauce I try to give a good tip since it’s not a big purchase for them to make much off of. Hope things just go good I do want this restaurant to stay around

when trying to understand the high charge the woman literally took money out of my hand as I then said no , it shouldn't be this high she gave me a receipt. as I kept trying to tell her that the order written was not what I wanted. she kept giving me. Avery rude ...noise and would not come back to the counter. when getting my food just said I would make the most of it. I was charged over $8 for a large pork fried rice I didnt want and NOT ONE SINGLE piece of pork just few peas and onions. so even if I did actually order the large pork fried rice that I did not it wouldn't be correctly made either. I also stated I wanted a small white rice the size that comes w meals and was charged for a larger sized one. instead of just ordering sauces I wanted to be nice and add 2 small rices. what costs me $5 and then I tip $5 always same amount to do in cville and waynesboro today was almost $15 here w no tip after the service and again pork rice w absolutely no pork. the woman's rude attitude was the worst . I'm same amount of time to other Chinese restaurants so will go to them and not this one anymore . have used over the years but this was my last time today.

So the temperature of the restaurant was a little off putting ar first, or maybe the negative attitude of the person serving the food. However, if having to eat in a jacket wasn't enough, I was able to figure out where they stored all of that extra heat. My food was pretty badly burnt, and quite overcooked. They appeared pretty busy, but it doesn't matter to me, won't be visiting again.

Stopped by on my way through lovingston, Thought I would give a new place a try. walked in and up to the counter. The girl looked at me. Did not attempt to approach or ask what we wanted. I had to call to her. The food was OK the service and the communication was below a one star. I won't be stopping by again. I feel sorry for the people that live around there and this is their only option for Chinese food.

You want good customer service and a great, safe & comfortable atmosphere to sit down and eat on lunch break this place is not it. I'm not from the area just on a job up here in lovingston Virginia stop to get food from this place the guy was nice and respectful he actually had to stop cooking and take my order because her being the disgrace that she is seen me at the counter and paid me no mind so he had no choice but to run and get my coworkers food before it burned up so she she finally walks up to give me the change and as I have my hand out she throws it on the counter lol. I'm thinking to myself somebody really pissed in her noodles this morning so I see a charger and I plugged my phone up she snatched the charger and almost snatched my phone out my hand and yells don't use I'm like ok so she comes back 5 min after that and snatched the whole thing out the wall with attitude remind you I'm 5 months pregnant there's nothing I could've harmed by just being there I started to throw the food everywhere and leave but I stayed because my co worker stayed but the women in that place you really have to look pass her and pay her no mind if she knew how ugly they look angry I'm sure she would smile more often

The food isn't what it used to be. They constantly get orders wrong. Then try to argue that you're wrong, like you don't know what you ordered! It's a take out spot so the ambiance is just that, a take out spot. This is the only Chinese spot we have in the county. They need to improve their customer service and quality of food.

Firstly, I wasn't upset about them not having egg fu young! Secondly the crab ragoon was all fried wonton! There was no filling! Secondly whomever answered the phone and addressed my concerns were very rude! From the call to order my food, then to me to addressing my crab ragoon order she was very rude! The other food was actually decent. My main issue is the rudeness.

I live close by, First time stoping in. I typically don't want to give a bad review but I was not expecting how bad the food was gonna be. First way over priced. The noodles were soggy, sesame chicken was way overcooked, the wontons were just disgusting. My wife and I literally spit it out when we ate. It!!! on top of that, We had to wait about 20 -25 minutes for the food so service was not good. Sorry but I strongly advise making your own Chinese dish it will taste way better and be a whole lot cheaper if you make it yourself....
