We went about a year ago when they first opened and had a wonderful experience. Our host was very patient and willing to explain all of the options that we did not understand. We decided to give it another shot this past weekend and while the food was still as good, the experience was not up to par from previously. Our host was very unorganized and the chef was clearly flustered because he was having to do everything. They seemed to be short staffed because they're was only a few people in the restaurant and everyone was in a frenzy to get things done. There was a language barrier between the host in ourselves which made it very difficult to order what we wanted. I feel like in a small community that's not extremely ethnically diverse, having someone fluent in languages is a must.

Very best vegetarian option on our drive! Try the zafrani kofta—you will not be disappointed!

The curries and lassi are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious. Our meal came out very quickly-- lamb rogan josh and palak paneer. The mango lassi is among the best I've had. We'll be back soon to try the biryani and tandoori dishes.

Dietary restrictions: Many vegetarian and gluten-free options.

This place is such a great find!! One of the "Hole in the wall" restaurants that you don't expect to be so amazing! I saved this place on my Google maps so next time I'm in town I know right we're it is! 10/10 would recommend!

Food was fresh and taste close to home made food. It was right on way without any detour. Highly recommend.

This place started out great and the food was good however, I’ve noticed a drastic change in the quality lately. They definitely lack friendliness when it comes to customer service but maybe that’s a cultural thing either way it’s expensive to just get a mediocre product. No more for me.
Very unfortunate because the county needed something like this.
Also the attached convenience store is horrendous. No inventory, abysmal service at the register.
Bummer.

We decided to have our 39th Anniversary dinner at Indian Oven, service, food and relaxing ambiance exceeded expectations. The homemade naan bread was a perfect start to our wonderful meals. I highly recommend the Butter Chicken!!

I've been wanting to try Indian Oven for awhile, but rarely am in the area when I have time. So I made a special trip and it was worth the drive. Butter chicken, paneer makhani, and garlic naan were all fresh and perfectly seasoned. The entrees were filling and the whole experience made my day.

# Awesome Indian Food Alert: Highway 29's New Little Secret

You've got to check this out! There's this amazing new Indian place that just popped up on Highway 29 South last year. I know, I know - it's attached to an old gas station, but trust me, these hidden spots are where the real magic happens.

So, the mastermind behind the wonderful food is Biswajig - he's both the chef and manager, and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. I always test out a new Indian place with my usual order: Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan. Spoiler alert: it was fantastic!

The Tikka Masala? Oh man, the chicken was so super tender and seared perfectly. I asked for it spicy, and they nailed it. It had that perfect kick that lets you know it's there but doesn't blow your head off, you know? All the other spices still got to shine too.

Now, let's talk about that Garlic Naan. Freshly made in-house and cooked in a legit Tandoor oven - you can taste the difference! It's awesome to see they're not cutting corners and are keeping things traditional.

I'm telling you, this place is a total gem. It's officially on my must-stop list whenever I'm cruising down Highway 29. Can't wait to go back and try more stuff on their menu.

If you're into amazing indian food and discovering cool new places, do yourself a favor and check this one out. It's exactly the kind of spot that reminds you there's so much great food and culture out there just waiting to be found!

Evergreen Superstop

Uncivilized people working had a very bad experience was trying to order on the phone for pick up as we were driving they don’t know how to deal hung up the phone and as soon we reached the disrespectful person was so rude to me and my husband and said there is no food for us and we should leave. If the owner is reading this check all the videos of Monday August 19th and Mr. Owner you have put money into the business take care of it
