First time customer at this location and we were pleasantly surprised. The place was spotlessly clean throughout, including the bathrooms. Have been to many Subway locations around VA and this one in Lovingston is the best. Jackie does a superb job to make sure every small detail is addressed. The food is fresh, perfectly prepared, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is super clean, and it is always consistently like this. 5 stars for sure!

Very polite two young guys. One young man made great sandwiches while the other was hauling trash in the pouring rain forcibly by his manager. Poor kid was drenched. These owners and managers dont respect these kids. Shame on you! Im going back to check on these guys!

This subway is great. Never had an issue. Recently they've changed their ham to black forest smoked ham. I got a BMT like normal but the smoked flavor was so overwhelming I couldn't taste the rest of the sandwich . Would it be possible to have a non smoked alternative like the former type ham?
