Make sure you check the lids on your drinks when going through drive-thru. I ended up with three quarters of mine inside my vehicle because the lid was not on tight. 🤬

Went to get hot chocolate with my girls , and my daughter gets sick when she eats cool whip , so I asked for cold foam instead ( which I always do ) usually they do it with no problems well on the 23rd of December Emma Butler , and her teenager friend Nevaeh ( both young teenagers) working refused to make it like that and gave me the evil 😈 look like I was the devil. I asked her what her problem was , and she just wouldn't stop , I've never seen nothing like it so we continue to get into it , and instead of someone breaking it up they allowed her to tell me she was gonna poor hot chocolate all over me . I'm seriously thinking of getting a lawyer, I have ot on video , and yes I said a few choice words which I tried nicely to change around, and say thank you for our drinks , and that's when she proceeded to say that about the hot chocolate. I JUST left after that , and left a message for the owners to call me back at both new market, and Luray stores , and of course got no response 😑 . I wouldn't go to the one in Luray again if someone paid me . They can't lie about it you can clearly hear it on video.

If I could give negative stars I would! Just got ice cream with my niece and to my surprise bit down on a long fake fingernail on the way home. Went in to get a refund and they refused to give me one! Said they didn’t know how! 🤢

Worst Baskin Robbin’s ever! U have some teens running the place that constantly respond with whatever. When u try to correct the order they say sorry you can’t read what you ordered. When I tried to correct the order at the speaker the lady yelled and said. THATS WHAT I SAID. I replied okay just making sure we are all on the same page. Got to the window paid. In fact she gave me the wrong donuts. Couldn’t get the right donuts got the window slammed in my face. Now I got two donuts the kids won’t eat. When I asked for a manager they said there was no one.

We walked in- group of 10 people. 2 people working the window. Never greeted us. Never even walked over. The selection of ice cream was very limited! After 8 minutes, we walked out and across the parking lot to a little soft serve in the parking lot that was delicious!

Stopped by for an ice cream after visiting Louray Caverns on a Sunday afternoon, Overall bad experience.
First off, they were out of a lot of ice cream flavors, they made excuses that they did not get in their order yet. Ok, so went over to the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee side to get an iced coffee instead, however after waiting for quite a while (under staffed) found out now they were out of the flavor we wanted.
My wife used the restroom, and came out saying not only were they were out of paper towels, but the sewer had backed up…very unsanitary.
As we left, had to use only one side of the door, as the other had a sign that said broken do not use.
Would I go there again…absolutely not. Would I recommend…absolutely not

I stopped by here to get ice cream not knowing they closed at 8. I arrived 1 min and 20 seconds before 8, you ask how I know? I was told exactly that by an employee. I was refused ice cream but offered an ice coffee.I acknowledge that I was almost at closing time. But unsure how making an ice coffee took less time than scooping a scoop of ice cream.Nonetheless, customer service is lacking here and I was disappointed.

What a joke, staff tell lies went through drive-thru for a cappuccino blast, girl take my money, then comes to window and says the concentrate is frozen, she then tries to refund me cheating me out of money, go back next day, story is no coffee concentrate to make cappuccino blasts, RUDE AS CAN BE
here at 750 pm and they're closed already. I'm in retail and this is not ok

This place is a joke! I went in and ordered 2 banana splits and was told they don’t make banana splits but is clearly on the menu!!! They are extremely rude!! Would not even look at us for about five mins. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is visiting this town. I guess the locals put up with this places bad attitude!
