I stopped by here to get ice cream not knowing they closed at 8. I arrived 1 min and 20 seconds before 8, you ask how I know? I was told exactly that by an employee. I was refused ice cream but offered an ice coffee.I acknowledge that I was almost at closing time. But unsure how making an ice coffee took less time than scooping a scoop of ice cream.Nonetheless, customer service is lacking here and I was disappointed.

What a joke, staff tell lies went through drive-thru for a cappuccino blast, girl take my money, then comes to window and says the concentrate is frozen, she then tries to refund me cheating me out of money, go back next day, story is no coffee concentrate to make cappuccino blasts, RUDE AS CAN BE

Super friendly staff, very welcoming. Prices are the cheapest I've ever seen for ice cream. Pineapple Coconut was delicious. Store was very clean.Only negative is they had some pictures of some really good new flavors listed on the menu and they didn't have any. They were also out of a lot of flavors.

Manger is a j***** There was a a huge promo sign advertising the ice cream quarts 2 for 9.99 when we went to go pay they said the promo had expired so we asked for the manager so he could honor the promotion. Instead of honoring the promotion he got mad at us, picked up the sign threw it in the dumpster, ran back inside and closed himself in his office leaving his workers there by themselves like if their was their fault.

This place is a joke! I went in and ordered 2 banana splits and was told they don’t make banana splits but is clearly on the menu!!! They are extremely rude!! Would not even look at us for about five mins. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is visiting this town. I guess the locals put up with this places bad attitude!

Rudest people! Horrible customer service! When I went through the drive-through, and they were closed (though the sign said they were open), no one let us in line know. There were workers inside and when we drove up to the window to find out what was going on, the workers just stared at us and said nothing. Another time, my group went to get ice cream inside the store. The sign said open and nothing was posted about the dining room being closed. But when we tried to open the doors to go in, they were locked. The lights were on as if the place was open and the two workers there, once again, just stared at us. Did not explain anything. Just stared and then went back to whatever they were doing. We even tried to ask if they were open through the glass. No response. Awful. Do NOT go here.
