T was at the Elkton Burger King on 10/13/2025 around 2 pm and place an order and received the order and everything was hot not like the LURAY STORE which the order is warm, will i eat at the Luray Store again is a big ?

We went here for breakfast for the family this morning, which yes it was a decent sized order and we added one more lg hashbrown at the window but upon which doing so the blonde cashier was very hateful and nasty, even at the speaker. She had said she was going to have to pull us forward because she had to drop more since our order was so big, which we were fine with. She didn’t even pull us forward, she gave us our food and I asked if she needed us to pull up for the hashbrown. She said no and that everything was there. When we checked to see if everything was there we were missing a lg hashbrown, and the two mediums were made into a small. So I went inside and told her and she was very nasty and said id have to wait for hasbrown. She then proceeded to only give me one lg, then when she realized i was standing there she stood there and argued with me that my order was correct. I used to work at Burger King therefore i know the hashbrown sizes. Orange is lg, red is md, and the small bags are for the small. She tried telling me essentially that they were correct sizes and said that she wasn’t going to sit there and argue with me, she even looked in the bag and saw the 3 smalls. I told her I used to work at burger king so I know the sizes and I wasn’t going to sit there and argue with her either. Seen in the pictures at first we only got 2 lg which isn’t pictured with the smalls, and the other lg and md I went back in for, which I didn’t get the second medium fixed because she was talking to me so nasty. But we clearly ordered one small and 2 md, 3 lg. this experience with this Burger King was awful pathetic and sad.

Food was nasty, my husband's brisket burger was cold tomato was very soggy, all the fries and onion rings were cold and stale, my son's chicken nuggets were over cooked, the ice machine waa broken had no ice, the drinks all tasted nasty as if they were spoiled, and they had no toys dor the happy meals, it was just horrible

Food was good, but no ice for drinks...even though the restaurant was connected to a convenience store that sold bags of ice. The restaurant was very dirty...kiosks, soda machine and trash cans didn't look like they've been cleaned in a very long time. Told the employees that we accidentally spilled a soda and no one came out to clean it up before we even left the restaurant.

Food was very delicious but l pay for double meat whopper and a got 2 small whopper couse Burger king do not have The meat for double whopper lm feeling that is too much spencer to pay 14.95 for 2 Junior Burgers shame .

Service was painfully slow. Extremely slow. Our ticket was only 2 numbers behind and we waited over 40 minutes. We would have left if we hadn't already paid. It's a bad sign when everybody is sitting in the restaurant is waiting for their number to be called. They're didn't appear to have enough staff and it looked like only one person was cooking, at a snail's pace. The man facilitating the tickets would stare at them with his back to the customers rather than helping with the food. The tickets were misplaced, and they didn't know what to make to fill them. Luckily I kept my ticket and handed it over for reference. Until the staff is trained to multitask, the best thing this restaurant can do is to shut down mobile and online orders, dine in, and only have drive-thru orders so they can focus on one order at a time until they get the routine down.

Ordered a original chicken sandwich got a old whopper Jr instead. Crazy how fast food workers want like $15 an hour and can't even read.. honestly it's a joke anymore

Staff was so kind. It was very hectic and busy. But the amount of mess ups on our order was absolutely ridiculous. We werent given our cups till we stood in line to ask. And then with the receipt in their hand, still gave us the wrong number of cups. Our food was cold, like it had been sitting for awhile. The woman behind the register had her phone in her hands constantly while handling the food into bags without gloves. So many flies everywhere. Tables were not clean nor was the floor. Drink machine was out of almost everything. Drink area was gross. Trash cans were super full and tables had trash on them because the trash cans were full. Play area was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms for women were ok. My boys said theirs was super gross. Customers were quiet and clean, beside unfortunately having to leave stuff on tables. Again, staff was very nice and did their best to fix all the mess ups on our order

The order was mostly wrong, and the food was cold. This BK is absolutely horrible.

Giving 2 stars for the drive thru. No matter what, whether the food is ordered online or in the drive thru, we always have to wait 10 or more minutes for the food to come out. Never have I’ve come and just been handed what was ordered.
Can't beat the Whopper.
