Recently I’ve been on a Boston crème donut craze, and after getting some the past few weeks, they have been amazing. The past few times I went in and got a drink and a Boston crème donut. This donut today was horrible!! Not because of the chocolate or the actual dough itself, but there was almost no crème inside! The past donuts I have been getting has had a good and enjoyable amount of the crème. But today it was horrible. There needs to be the same amount of crème as there was a couple weeks ago! On a side note… it is way too hot inside of there! It’s hard to stand inside and wait for my order when I’m sweating to death. Fix the A/C! Do better dunkin!

After seeing how disgusting the bathroom was, no way was I going to order anything from this place. This wasn’t one of these situations where maybe they got busy and it got dirty. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Worked in plenty of restaurants and easy to see when someone just mops over dirt and pushes in corners. Dining room was dirty, toilets nasty, piles of soap in dispenser

This place does not know how to make coffee! I have tried multiple times here and it's constantly watered down. This is my last visit because I don't like gross coffee.

Came in there to get away from the heat, turns out it’s hotter in there than outside because the AC is broken!!! And according to the poor workers it has been for a while. I tried to order Ice cream, but it was all SOUP and melted it was terrible. I ended up just getting a frozen coffee which was delicious, thank you ladies 😉. Those working conditions are terrible though, I couldn’t even stand staying inside for 5 minutes at a time, let alone a whole shift, I hope this problem gets fixed soon 🫤

Best Sauna in town! I can't believe they converted the interior of this Dunkin into a Sauna, WOW! I walked in and got some donuts and coffee. I was surprised to find the temperature a blazing 98 degrees. A little low for most saunas but it did the job nicely. The service was fine, but because of the heat the glaze was melted off my donuts and my iced coffee was now room temperature. I discovered I really hate lukewarm coffee, Thanks Dunkin! Oh, the AC was just broken, NOT a real sauna. The unlucky employees of this location have to toil in ungodly heat just to serve food that gets ruined because the company won't fix the AC. Please fix the AC for your employees and customers. I pray for the next unfortunate soul who walks into this blazing hellscape and for the employees who work for an institution that seems to truly not care for their health and wellbeing.

I came here one Friday and this girl named Isabella was really nice and patient with me because my order was a little complicated but she got the job done in a timely manner and is tasted amazing!

Me and my daughter frequent Dunkin in luray mostly in the mornings. The girls are always polite and helpful. One of the young ladies there I believe her name is Kieara (sp?) she is such a sweetheart. Always quick to step in and offer assistance. Great job ladies... My ice coffee is always on point.🩷🤌🏾
WARNING: Do not stop if they’re busy to get a Baskin drink. They refused to make a drink I ordered because they were “slammed.” I’ve never been turned away from a business because they were busy. I stated it was like going to Walmart and going up to pay but they say you can’t because they’re too busy. I waited in the same “slammed” line to order but was turned away because they were too busy. How is this allowed? This is horrible customer service and pure laziness. I asked who I could complain to and they stated I could call corporate and that the manager would say the same thing. Does that mean there was no management? There are so many things wrong with this. Please do better.

Bathroom needs cleaning! The sun shines directly into the east side of building blinding those at the coffee fixing station- windows blinds very much needed.
