Been there 2 times in the last 3 days. The Holiday cookie hot latte was just a little over half full and today the chai latte was barely warm and not even near half.. mostly foam..
Me and my daughter frequent Dunkin in luray mostly in the mornings. The girls are always polite and helpful. One of the young ladies there I believe her name is Kieara (sp?) she is such a sweetheart. Always quick to step in and offer assistance. Great job ladies... My ice coffee is always on point.đ©·đ€đŸ

WARNING: Do not stop if theyâre busy to get a Baskin drink. They refused to make a drink I ordered because they were âslammed.â Iâve never been turned away from a business because they were busy. I stated it was like going to Walmart and going up to pay but they say you canât because theyâre too busy. I waited in the same âslammedâ line to order but was turned away because they were too busy. How is this allowed? This is horrible customer service and pure laziness. I asked who I could complain to and they stated I could call corporate and that the manager would say the same thing. Does that mean there was no management? There are so many things wrong with this. Please do better.

Bathroom needs cleaning! The sun shines directly into the east side of building blinding those at the coffee fixing station- windows blinds very much needed.

Stopped by for an ice cream after visiting Louray Caverns on a Sunday afternoon, Overall bad experience.
First off, they were out of a lot of flavors, they made excuses that they did not get in their order yet. Ok, so went over to the coffee side to get an iced coffee instead, however now they were out of the flavor we wantedâŠguess they just are not used to customers on the weekends.
My wife used the restroom, and came out saying they were out of paper towels and the sewer had backed upâŠvery unsanitary.
As we left, had to use only one side of the door, as the other had a sign that said broken do not use.
Would I go there againâŠabsolutely not.
Would I recommendâŠabsolutely not.
I won't be back again. I have traveled through luray many times over the years. I stopped to use the bathroom and get some water for my pills. So I bought some donuts So I could get a cup of water but they wouldn't give me one unless they paid for it separately. đ

The marquee was difficult to read because the sign was too far from the drive-through lane.

I usually go to the harrisonburg dunkin which is where I should have went to begin with, got 2 dozen donuts and every single one is rock hard. Absolutely stale and disgusting. The girl had to pick them up with her hands so how she didn't feel they was rock hard is beyond me. Save yourself the time and money and just go to Harrisonburg.

Rude shift manager, poorly made drink. Tasted like milk sugar and shots of flavor on ice. Mainly just milk I think

Drink was absolutely disgusting. Worker stated that it could not be remaid or switched out dor a different drink unless I paid for it. They did refund me the money. Bagels tasted greasy and burnt, other bagle has green on the bacon or cheese it's hard to tell. The tables were all dirty and ants crawling around.

This place has went down hill, went to get a cappuccino blast and they handed my order to another lady that was all up in it,to hand it back , and when I go to window I told lady I didn't want it because it was already in the other customers car for a few minutes as they were trying to figure out, we'll the employee got mad started slamming stuff, and when she came to give me new one, I asked her what was her problem, would she have drank a drink that had went into another car fir a few minutes, and she said her problem was a waste of product, WOW CUSTOMERS DONT COUNT, LIKE IT WAS COMING OUT OF HER POCKET, PEOPLE BEWARE THIS DUNKIN SUCKS

Worst ever coffee. Please avoid. Coffee was mostly lukewarm milk. Never had this level of bad experience with any other Dunkin outlet. Please learn how to make good coffee before opening a franchise

They werenât busy at all. I ordered 2 pup cups and had a simple question that the window worker couldnât answer so I asked for the manager. Waited at the window for 5 minutes and he came back and told me she said to call. Okay, no biggie. I call and the line is down so I go back in and they knew the phones was down. Wouldnât it have been much easier to just come answer the question? Now Iâm pissed because your manager doesnât do her job. When I went back in she was up front having a blast!
