We were at this location late October 2023. This Duncan was AWFUL. The facility was filthy, the workers were sloppy, dirty and one in particular seemed to be high on something heavy, as he put his head down on the machine while our coffee was being prepared. It took us 30 minutes just to get one small plain black coffee and 2 donuts. Other customers were angry and complaining as well.

On 1/22 I mobile ordered a drink and my fiancée brought it to me at work, that’s when I realized It wasn’t made correctly. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. The next day (1/23) around 4:45 we went in and explained the situation to the worker (not sure if she was a manager or not) argued with us and said It wasn’t worth making another drink over and got passive aggressive with us and stated “since we know business so much we should become a manager” Very rude and unprofessional. It’s also the worst Dunkin food, donuts and coffee wise I’ve ever been at. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Probably one of the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen several workers mess up on numerous drinks and have to start over. You sit in the drive thru for a solid 20 minutes before you move. Their business model is far from efficient. Some of the workers act as if you are impeding on their life by ordering a coffee. Management could do better as well.

I get coffee here every morning that I'm able to if not out of state. I use the dunkin app once I send it through the worker's get right on it, and they have it finished pretty quickly . The workers are nice and fast.

i'm not from the area, so maybe that explains it. but this dunkin's location is super convenient, so it's weird that it's so stupid to get in an out of (drive-thru). either way, staff was friendly and the coffee was great!

Ordered a BEC on bagel and a SEC on a crossiant. Asked for mayo on on the bagel...didn't get any and my bagel was a little burnt. Got no cheese on the crossiant sandwich either. I've had better there but today was just not up to par.

When come to get ice cream around 6:00pm on Sundays the doors are always locked with no sign. How would we know about the service? I want to pickout my ice cream not order it through a window.

Every time I order 2 Boston cream donuts the put them together with the chocolate side o top of each other. Order two with separate bags today. And the dumbest people in Luray working there. Put the chocolate side down causing all the chocolate being on the bag.

Very poor customer service . Employee was very rude and obnoxious. When I went to window . I ask her why she was so rude , did I hold her up or what ? there were no other. Customer behind me or in store . Her reply was nope. I told her she needed to take a customer service training. She gave me a thumbs up . No apologies or reasons. I will not tolerate ignorance , when I am giving my money to a company. I will never go to that Dunkin' Donuts in Luray , Va again .
