I understand you can’t expect much coming from “Luray Virginia”, but my burger was smothered in ketchup to the point it completely covered the outside of the buns. An ex-employee showed up which caused all employees to stop working to chat with her for 15-20 minutes while no work got done. The floors were dirty, the tables were dirty. Just a less than enjoyable experience overall.

I used the mobile app to order my breakfast before work. Nelson had my order ready to pickup after arriving at the drive thru. My drive thru wait time was about two minutes. The food was prepared to perfection. Great crew working at this hardees. A+

Ok, this has been an ongoing issue with this Hardee's and I finally decided to leave a review. I used the mobile app and ordered my food in advance. It said my food would be ready by 12:06pm. I arrived at 12:15pm, I then sat in my car for what is now 30 minutes and STILL have not received my food. This Hardee's has a VERY serious issue with efficiency and doesn't grasp the concept of FAST FOOD. I would understand a few minutes.....like 5. But now 30 minutes and I'm still waiting AND I've already paid and it's unacceptable. If you don't have enough staff, then figure out a way to incentivize more applicants and get staffed. If your equipment or processes are out of date....then get them updated. Whatever you need to do do it because your performance is absolutely trash. And after an hour of waiting I received my food and they forgot my drinks.

Arrived at 8:40pm with my family after a basketball game. To get our dinner…9:27 it just came to our car!!!! Do I need to say any more😠

When for dinner work at Walmart to 10 minutes to get there 20 minutes to get my food in 10 minutes to get back that's my whole lunch time someone should have told me that there was a wait on strips and if they had I would have went somewhere else and enjoyed my break
Friendly but slow service. Even with the wait, the food came out cold, and the bun was stale.

The food is decent for fast food. Hamburgers are better than McDonald's or Burger King. (The other two fast food burger joints in town) Morning get busy inside with the local senior citizen all hanging out, but can usually get a seat.
Wrap was good, burger wasn't so good.
