When I tell you that this was the biggest waste of my money I have yet seen I am not exaggerating. I was charged 19.05 for 10 tenders a large fry and large drink. That large fry was the pitest excuse for a LARGE fry. Id hate to see their smalls. Not even to mention they were cold and soggy. Their drink dispensers were absolutly filthy I settled for the tea which was also covered in grime. And then the chicken. When I say it was the soggiest most pathetic tenders I have eaten their is no humor in my tone. I couldn't get past eating 3. I'm a Amazon driver so I eat on the road a lot and I'm telling you now I just got robbed.

I went into this place today and had cinnamon and raisin biscuits at this restaurant and the employee that waited on us was ok but when you ask for extra icing it's like I would have to pay for extra just to get what and how much I want on them.The other employee that was working there and working drive there was very disrespectful and rude she has no attitude for dealing with the public.

Quite possibly the slowest fast food I have ever experienced. Stopped in for a quick burger on the way home after a weekend camping trip. It literally took almost 25 minutes from when we walked in the door to when I got my basic burger and fries. The staff here don’t have a clue. Drive through orders seem to take priority from folks that actually want to dine in. Oh, the burger was overcooked. Pick somewhere else in Luray because this place just isn’t worth your time or money.

We were passing through from Shenandoah park and happen to stop by here to pick up something quick. The lady at the drive thru was so patient with us while we were attempting to figure out what we were going to order. The service was fast and mostly everyone was so friendly.

Worst service ever. Waiting over a half hour for our order. Manager on duty have no clue on anything. Very rude workers. Lots of cuss words being said by employees. One employee decided to get in my face and was saying things she should not say to customers. This Hardee's needs new management and employees.
