I had a meal with my family here while visiting the Luray caves. Must say I had a fun time between the residents and the cashier, welcoming personnel and willing to help.

12/12 My fiancé went thru the drive thru to get our dinner. 1) He ordered one sweet tea, we received an unsweetened tea or else it was a sweet tea with no sweet. 2) He got a mushroom swiss burger to get home and have a double star burger. 3) His second bite of said burger, a hair pulled out from between the two bugers. 4) The fries were doused in the seasoning, making them over salty. So, needless to say I was only able to eat my burger and even though it wasn’t right, I drank the unsweetened tea. To pay $25+ dollars for dinner and only one edible item is crazy. Not to mention the female working the window was more worried about flirting with the guy inside, the food sat at the window for a minute or two before she finally came over and handed it to him.

Waiting 30 minutes in the drive through before my order was even taken. Only doing 1 vehicle at a time. Order, pull up and wait for the food. Repeat process. Don't go on a limited lunch break.

The absolutely wort service I've ever had anywhere. Took over an hour to get our food and the order was wrong and it was cold. I gave 1 star and that was too much! Not to mention the place was filthy.

Didn't get to order. Staff stood with their backs towards us as we waited patiently in line for 15 minutes.

After we stepped out of line, the person behind our group got their order taken fairly quickly.

We left afterwards.

Arrived at 1210. 2 cars had yet to order so not terribly busy but still busy. We just now drove away at 105! We got 2 simple combos. So much for FAST food. It appeared there was only one person working the drive thru window and the inside. This falls on management. Do better. Also, food was not warm and soggy.

We are locals and have avoided here due to the same above reasons we experienced many months ago. Decided to give them another shot. Now we definitely have confirmed we wont be back.

I have used outhouse cleaner and in better condition than the restroom was. The whole building needs sanitized and cleaned.

I was driving through on a road trip and stopped here to get food.I was helped by dawn she was amazing friendly very respectful and very patient. She helped me chose what I wanted and was very patient and explained things to me .She is decently customer service is tip to. I will def come back just to se ever again one of the best attitudes I’ve seen in food industry in very long time .Thank you again dawn for all your help your a gift to humanity.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Please avoid. You will die of starvation in the parking lot before seeing food appear. They will make you wait 45 minutes and say “oops, our bad - we’re understaffed”.

Yet all the reviews say the same thing.
