Long wait time and even longer wait time for food. Have only ever had one or two positive experiences out of the many times I've been through here. Would recommend if you're really craving some good fries but only if you're willing to wait 15 minutes or more. They're slowly getting better with their speed, however.

Messed up on the order, went inside and it was a disaster. Other people were also waiting on incorrect orders. Went to the bathroom and it was filthy. Came back out and I wasn't acknowledged. I had to point out my food was now sitting in the warmer.

Terrible meal prep. Loaded omelet biscuit was more like a egg
I waited 45 minutes for them to get my easy order. Complete it. Everybody was waiting for their food. It was a nightmare in there this time
