It depends on the day on which service you get. It is usually fast enough. But employees seem non energetic. Always missing a sauce or two. Just frustrating. The food how ever is usually right and hot.

Paid for a medium but god forbid they fill it up smh, horrible service and food was greasy and flies inside, someone needs to get the health department involved or investigate, also the girl at the window was cussing at someone and just horrible

Stopped this morning for breakfast. Had to wait for our food then our drinks. Had to remind them twice on my hot tea. Got to the Heritage Festival and went to take a sip, because it was HOT and it had no taste. I looked inside and it was hot water! No tea bag, no sugar! I showed several people and they couldn't believe it. I've called several times today to tell them and no one answers. The lady that handed it to me looked like a shift mgr or mgr. Who does that?
Rude old white haired woman working register would not help us after the kiosk did not print out the receipt so we could get in the number of our order telling me “I don’t know what to tell you I can’t help you”. After I sat and watched for an order that had our exact items I picked it up and she looked at me with disgust. Asking me if it was my order or if I’m stealing. I said it is my order thank you and as we went to get our drinks she glared at me giving me disgusting looks. I’m appalled and I will not be returning. ( I already left a feedback aswell). Oh and not to mention the standing around and talking about “jungle juice” and cussing. Unprofessional behavior and the owners should be ashamed.

This is the first time in all my many trips to different cities, states and other countries that I have eaten at a McDonald's restaurant that has no taste, neither my fish fillet, nor the quarter pounder, the big mac and my nieces' nuggets were good. I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, it is either I do not comment and just put the stars, or I do nothing. But if I do it now it is so that this restaurant makes an effort. We were on vacation for a few days in the area, maybe it was the chef of the day who did not know how to cook😏.

1st bad experience they closed early. 2nd time they served me precooked fries. 3rd time the breakfast sandwich was thrown together sloppy. I will never go to this location again. Staff is rude.
Looked at my credit card to see what day I was there last & was charged double. But worse of all, I've been extremely sick ever since. Can only get out bed to use bathroom which is often. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND FOOD IS WORSE
