The workers are kind of rude every time I’ve been in there and it’s more the prices in general and how Subway wants to up charge for literally EVERYTHING, but they don’t even add the money’s worth of whatever onto the subs that make it worth it. I paid for extra meat on a sub recently, and literally the entire sub had 4 thin slices of meat for the entire thing and it just kind of pissed me off after I paid for extra and it barely even had the minimum amount I felt like lol

Very poor service and it stinks so bad in there and the store , ide rather drive that extra couple miles and go elsewhere

The girl made the sub wrong and argued with me over it and didn’t want to fix it. The gentleman from the store side came and remade the one that got messed up. Then they were speaking another language talking bout me I’m sure but I know what I said and she was wrong…no big deal mistakes happen but she was pissed and would not just fix it…

To the Luray store manager, here is the info provided by DoorDash: No, DoorDash drivers are not supposed to open sealed bags to check the contents of an order. It is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure the order is correct before the driver picks it up.

It is very upsetting that every time we order delivery something is missing. We typically let it go, but over time it adds up, but I guess that is how you make a profit, people pay for products and then you don’t send them hoping they don’t do anything. Well DoorDash is not willing to give a refund, are you??

This is typically our go to, once a week but for the past month or so it has significantly gone downhill. The sandwiches are messy. The steak is served ice cold if you select un toasted bread. The chicken and bacon was also served ice cold. The guy on duty was not kind! we won’t be back! So disappointed 😔

The past few times I've gone have been great. I really enjoyed the new items like the sub krunch. They've added more sauces, too. I only go here when I have coupons, otherwise it's really expensive.

Add 1 to 3 dollars per item from their website menu. My tuna wrap was a dollar 50 more then then the website price and my wife's chicken sub was 3.25 more
