I'm always going thru drive thru. Staff is extremely kind and whoever works speaker at drive thru is friendly and funny. Interior is clean and well maintained as well, and food is up to par with taco bell standards.
That was an absolute lame tasteless flavorless Taco I have ever had I don't know what the mystery meat was but there was hardly any of that on there either

By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Yuck. The food was bad in every way, and there was debris and food all over the floors and tables. No routine cleaning going on at all.

It was a pizza hut inside a taco bell and the pizza was all dough and the bread sticks were hard as a rock Pizza Hut in general is not at all like it was in the 80's
It's gotten better over the years. I'm glad they offer some healthy-ish options now, like a veggie bowl, and you can substitute beans for meat if you're so inclined. However, they're not all on the drive-through menu, so it would be nice if it showed more. The staff is always pretty friendly and quick.
Ordered food half an hour before close, mobile ordering wasn’t available for some reason and had to make a couple of customizations, could literally hear someone screaming in the background about “we’re closing soon and they’re ordering all this special stuff!!!” and when we say “I’m sorry” she screamed “NO YOURE NOT” … sorry you hate your job? Sorry people have dietary restrictions? You work in fast food what do you expect? Weird & rude
