They literally never make the drink you order, but the drink they give you is almost always good even if it's not what you ordered, just be careful if you have sugarfree needs.
This was my first time here and I don't usually do the sugar places but I was hanging out with my teenager and we decided to do a special treat.
Because it's my first time I wasn't really sure what to order. There was a guy named Austin who was super patient and was able to help me identify something that I would really enjoy.. he customized my drink and his service was phenomenal. The drinks here are more consistent than the mall location and they are usually really good. The staff pay attention to details and always wipe down the cups so there is nothing dripping when they hand it to you. This location is what made me fall in love with 7Brew and I'm not sure it would have been the same if I started at the other location. The speed here seems a little faster than at the mall, also.
