The steak was actually inedible. It was so overcooked and dried out you could crumble it to dust with your fingers. What is wrong with the wards rd store? The food has become awful. The old forest road store has much better food.
I had an issue with this location today and have been trying to contact someone about it all afternoon but could never get in contact with anyone on the phone or online.
Part of my order was missing when I got home and I just want a refund for it.
There was a long line and they had me pay while finishing the order of a bowl and a burrito and they gave me the bag after I paid. When I got home, I was missing the burrito and just want a refund and to talk to someone....read full review
