This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. The workers were super patient with our kids as they picked out what they wanted in their bowls, even letting them taste a few things to help them decide. The ribs were 10/10. Highly recommend!
Wanted to give a shout out to Colca’s Chicken for providing the most wonderful food for our graduation party. Food was delivered exactly when they promised, it was hot and delicious. We had so many compliments! Menu was chicken quarters, green beans, fried rice, and fried potatoes. I would recommend them 100%!
Move over LaCa and Chipotle!!! We have a local grill in town that will take over as our #1! Colca’s is absolutely delicious! You can order burritos, tacos, and bowls made to order in front of you or order from the charcoal grill and wait a very few minutes for an authentic Peruvian dish! And OMG the sauces! Completely different from anything we’ve had before! Makes me want to put Peru 🇵🇪 on my vacay list!

Based on the reviews, Colca's Chicken offers delicious food with great prices and enormous portions. The chicken is fantastic, and the tacos, Peruvian grill, burritos, bowls, and ribs are all highly recommended. The food is well-seasoned and very tasty. The Colco's chicken style bowl is a popular choice. The workers are extremely friendly and super patient, even letting kids taste items to help them decide. The owner and staff have always been extremely friendly. The food flavor, portions, and value are excellent. Customers will definitely be back and recommend it to others.
