Biscuits and gravy was some of the best I have had. Biscuits were fresh light and fluffy. The gravy was nice and thick not all watered down and at a great price. I definitely will be back

It would be nice to inform customers that you only accept cash before they waste their time traveling to your location.
Won't come again.

Great southern comfort food. Big plate combo at a fair price. Service with a smile
I had a really good chicken vegetable soup from there that was definitely homemade.

The open air market feel under a roof. Great homemade food. Helpings were also a little over portion standards, which is always nice.

Irene's country cooking is staple in our community the food is delicious ,large portions ,excellent value cooked ,served by the owner and family for so many years consistently good . She has meat , side choices homemade cakes . Her food makes you feel like you are sitting at your Mom's or Granny's table .

If you have been hankering for a good biscuit like your grandma made, get yourself to the Lynchburg Community Market and to #10 to see Miss Irene! The salmon cakes came highly recommend by the locals and they did not disappoint! I actually had way too much food. I was so full, I think ?that I need a nap!
Best backed chicken around!!!!!! Love Miss

Can you imagine Sunday after church home cooking? Well this place reminds me of just that. The food is so fresh and made like my grandma made it. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I’ll be back soon.
