I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I was really disappointed in my first and last visit there. I placed an order ahead of time as this was an order for a class I was teaching. I showed up at my scheduled time and the doors were locked. There was one employee working along and she was running the drive through. She eventually let us in and took our order. But when I opened my app, my order was cancelled. Fortunately, she had the donuts to fulfill it but they were not fresh....

Staff here works so hard. I'm concerned about management. I usually avoid this place because of the lines but decided to try again. They never have enough people to run the store effectively for the rushes so it takes a long time to get your order. As I waited I watched the worj and the staff never stopped working. Never complained. Just tried to prioritize and expedite and kept apologizing. I have to wonder, in a restaurant that is obviously bringing in a ton of money, why...
