Waited in line in front of register for 20 mins only for the worker to tell me I should’ve said something about wanting to order because she couldn’t make me anything since they were closing in 20 mins.
Food used to be slightly better here when I was a student. For context, I am gluten free and the used to stock either Udi's rolls or the same ones as Chick-fil-A. The new rolls they stock taste like styrofoam.
Also, my burger was very undercooked.
My wife was also a bit peeved that they wouldn't let her swap her French fries for pickle chips (even for an upcharge).

Excellent food. Bread was cold cause they toasted the bread before attempting to cook the meat. They definitely could use some team guidance.
