I would like to know how a $5.99 bag meal cost $8.62 after tax can somebody explain that one and no don't even say it's taxed because I've checked it's not taxed it's called a ripoff you screwed me out of two dollars and I want to know why and there was no receipt in the bag.

I love Hardee's but the past few times we have gone it has not been a great experience. Today, we came through the drive tru for breakfast and the employee was extremely rude and short with us at the speaker and at the window. Might be a while before trying this location again.

I don’t know what has happened to Hardee’s on Timberlake because it use to be the best one in the area, but it has become awful! The hash browns tasted horrible, making me wonder if they have changed the frying oil recently. My egg and cheese biscuit, the egg was brownish yellow and tasted old. My family and I will not be returning!

9/18/25 order 2 bag lunches....13.09 have girl with a mask at the window 20.10 instead of 7.01 change....gave us 6.91....told her she owes us .10 because of how we paid her...she fuss about it..was very rude and stupid

We got sausage and gravy biscuit. The gravy is usually in a closed container. Gravy was coming out the bag. The sausage was added to gravy and not part of gravy. It was half patties. I was very disappointed. I have always bragged on Hardees gravy biscuit. Time for me to stop eating out. No matter where I go, the quality of food prepared at restaurants has diminished greatly while the prices have more than doubled.

This is the worst Hardee's I have been to. I ordered a Frisco burger. The bread is supposed to be buttered and toasted. It was plain and cold. I told them the bread was supposed to be toasted. She insisted it was toasted but said she would have it remade. The new one was not toasted, but was microwaved. The burger was lukewarm and the bacon was refrigerator cold. I now know why there is never any cars in the parking lot or drive thru at this location. Go across the street to KFC.

I’m surprised they even got my order right. No cheese on a burger is hard for them, I know. I ordered inside to sit inside and eat. It took them forever to make the sandwiches and when they gave me my food it was just the sandwiches in a bag,tossed at me. I ordered two meals that’s sandwiches and fries. If they weren’t so busy eating in the back where they make the food, I’m sure they would have gotten the fact that I asked to eat inside correct There’s a reason I don’t eat at Hardee’s- Guess they didn’t want me or my husband there either.

Watched them drop a bag of food on the floor then hand it to a customer. The front end cashier did not have a very pleasant tone like everyone was bothering her. When she waited on me, she just looked at me not saying a word. I finally realized she was looking at me. Very horrible customer service.

Food was dry and overcooked, the staff forgot to give me my coke with my order. Burgers were terrible dry, fries were old, cinnamon rolls were dry and like cardboard. Terrible food

I was ordering chicken tenders meals for 2 needy families, they only had one 10 piece ready and 20 minute wait for another order. So I ordered burger meals for the 2nd order and asked them to bag them separate. I pulled up to window and after 5 minutes of watching the girl that was bagging the food play with her hair, I was asked to pull up to wait for my food. Food was brought out in one bag, fries were cold, and I didn't get my entire order. Picture of one of the burgers is attached! Pitiful!!! Spent 48.00

This place is horrible, the staff look at you like your an inconvenience at their screw up, I often come here to get burgers for my family. Simple right? I asked for a 1# combo plain with no cheese so basically a hamburger bun, meat, and another bun right? Not only did they miss it once but after going in line again they not only gave me a burger with 3 new things in it but the entirely wrong burger. It took them 3 times to gave me a PLAIN hamburger. This isn't some petty review either this has happened multiple times where I ask for a plain burger or even to remove things off a burger and still receive them, it would be different if they was a one or two time thing but it is every single time I go there, the girl working the counter asked what was wrong with my burger after I clearly said that she had given me an entirely different burger. I will not be coming back unless something is done, because almost 30 or 40 minutes to get a PLAIN hamburger is ridiculous
