I’m surprised they even got my order right. No cheese on a burger is hard for them, I know. I ordered inside to sit inside and eat. It took them forever to make the sandwiches and when they gave me my food it was just the sandwiches in a bag,tossed at me. I ordered two meals that’s sandwiches and fries. If they weren’t so busy eating in the back where they make the food, I’m sure they would have gotten the fact that I asked to eat inside correct There’s a reason I don’t eat at Hardee’s- Guess they didn’t want me or my husband there either.

Watched them drop a bag of food on the floor then hand it to a customer. The front end cashier did not have a very pleasant tone like everyone was bothering her. When she waited on me, she just looked at me not saying a word. I finally realized she was looking at me. Very horrible customer service.

I was ordering chicken tenders meals for 2 needy families, they only had one 10 piece ready and 20 minute wait for another order. So I ordered burger meals for the 2nd order and asked them to bag them separate. I pulled up to window and after 5 minutes of watching the girl that was bagging the food play with her hair, I was asked to pull up to wait for my food. Food was brought out in one bag, fries were cold, and I didn't get my entire order. Picture of one of the burgers is attached! Pitiful!!! Spent 48.00

This place is horrible, the staff look at you like your an inconvenience at their screw up, I often come here to get burgers for my family. Simple right? I asked for a 1# combo plain with no cheese so basically a hamburger bun, meat, and another bun right? Not only did they miss it once but after going in line again they not only gave me a burger with 3 new things in it but the entirely wrong burger. It took them 3 times to gave me a PLAIN hamburger. This isn't some petty review either this has happened multiple times where I ask for a plain burger or even to remove things off a burger and still receive them, it would be different if they was a one or two time thing but it is every single time I go there, the girl working the counter asked what was wrong with my burger after I clearly said that she had given me an entirely different burger. I will not be coming back unless something is done, because almost 30 or 40 minutes to get a PLAIN hamburger is ridiculous

Went through the drive thru. The guy at the window was so nice. Picked up my order and went home. The cinnamon raisin biscuits were so hard the little plastic fork wouldn’t even go through them. I tried a fork at home and it did break through but they were not edible. Tried calling for over the past hour and no one answers the phone. Disappointing considering I drive out of my way to go to this one. You just lost a customer.

Don't waste your time or money! Waited 20 mins for my order, only for it to be turned sideways, with all the toppings (hotdogs) seeping into the bag, into the car seat. The shake might as well have been milk, and the fries were greasy and cold. Never again. Used to be a quality restaurant, now it's a joke. And Mr Bot, please don't ask me to paste your link that doesn't work. How about working on improving your establishment instead of auto responding like you actually care. (Because the quality of your food and treatment of the customers says otherwise!) Too bad you no longer give the option to post pics, I would love to share what that mess looked like.
This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been in, if the bathroom is this bad it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Ordered the Superstar combo (2 patties). The burger had only 1 patty, so they had to remake it. By the time they did that the fries were cold. And they were "out of ketchup", so it was cold fries and no ketchup. One of the worst burgers I've ever had! PS: And you can't even post a link that works in your response!

I went inside to order 2 biscuits after seeing how long the drive through was but that was a bad idea because of people that ordered on line and or Door Dash people getting served ahead of me plus at 10am people wanted breakfast! I spent 40 minutes waiting in line but might have walked out but for promising I would take a biscuit to my son & watch my grand son play in his soccer game. I bought the special, 2 sausage & egg biscuits, $5! This caused me to miss 1/4 of the match. My time is valuable too!Also my biscuit had 2 tops!
