“As a vegetarian seeking Indian cuisine in Lynchburg, Milan Indian Restaurant offers a decent, though somewhat limited, buffet experience. With it being one of the few Indian choices in the area, it might be worth a try if you're craving those flavors.I recently visited Milan for their weekday lunch buffet with colleagues. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find a few dedicated vegetarian options, although the selection was noticeably smaller compared to the non-vegetarian dishes (roughly a third of the overall choices). Despite the limited variety, the vegetarian dishes I tried were flavorful. The hot tea at the end of the meal was an enjoyable touch.“
“Love the food and love the owners of the restaurant. Truly amazing!Vegetarian options: Onion Padorra, coconut and lemon rice, paneer and pea curry, paratha, raitaDietary restrictions: I eat only halal as a Muslim and they have halal food for everything which was so nice :)“
“My first experience at the Hot and Cold Cafe was probably hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I walked in as a stranger and left feeling like family. It was my first time trying Indian food and it was amazing. Not to mention the chef made everything to order so he was able to accommodate my gluten allergy and dairy restrictions easily. I will certainly be going back to try new things Vegetarian options: They have a significant amount of vegetarian and vegan options.Dietary restrictions: I have a severe wheat allergy and since everything was made to order it was easy for the chef to accommodate my needs.“
