As someone who has had food allergies for most of their life the service and understanding of this establishment was wonderful. While ordering I got gf bread and just simply asked them to change their gloves as that normally the best I get when I eat out. He not only changed his gloves and wiped down the counter and slicer but also explained to me what to order next time and informed me that employees go through training about allergies. Jersey Mike's doesn't only make killer subs but the female manager at this location was Fing AMAZING!!!!! She not only helped me deal with doordashes bs but she went above and beyond and was patient as hell dealing with it as we both tried to navigate through their ridiculous lies. Thank you so much to the female manager who was stellar with her customer service and patience.

Food was quite bland. Had the Philly chicken cheesesteak. Chicken didn’t seem to have any seasoning, and the bread had almost no flavor. Got the fountain cream soda for my drink, but it tasted watered down - like soda water with a dash of cream soda.

The table we sat at was sticky and dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The staff was nice enough.

Overall, pretty underwhelming experience.
