I don't know what happened over the year's but someone has lost the receipt ( the herbs and spices are non existing) And the smell I just can't go it no more. Why can't food be good like back in the 80s?

I would give a negative 2 stars if I can. I ordered my food online and its said its ready to be picked up. I went in, the food is ready in a bag just behind the counter(they have pick up area, but somehow its not there). 3 people were working in there, but no one at the register. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and no one would come to the counter, then I started saying "excuse me" trying to get attention from the workers. They definitely heard me cause they actually all made eye contact with me, and yet they all ignored me completely. This guy walked by right Infront of me, I said excuse me to him trying to get his attention, but he can't careless. Finally someone walked out the kitchen area and I had to almost beg him to have someone just to hand me the order that's ready to be taken away. When I get home guess what, there is no sauce in it. How wonderful :D.

I came in last Thursday to order a large amount of food to take to a group of people who were gathered because of a death in the family. Nicolas Collins waited on me. It was also at the same time the county turned off the water. So they were limited on what they could sell. He was extremely nice and professional in handling the restaurant during this time of restrictions. I was able to get everything I needed, but being limited to only 2 available sides. He apologized to me, but it was beyond his control. He is an excellent employee and very kind. He told me who his boss is (after I asked) so I could convey to him what a great employee he had in Nicolai. Grover I hope you see this! He praised you for being an awesome boss. Thanks Nicolai for your great service!
