Did a pre-order. Upfront the food was accurate and good however CS was pretty bad. Went inside about 8pm. Rowdy employees can be heard taking loudly in the kitchen area. I yell hello once, twice, three times. On the 3rd a guy comes out, I tell him I have a call in. He’s asks my name., throws my order on the counter and walks away. Thank you for your order? Nope. Is your order correct ? Nope. Its no mystery why Chix Filet next door has 20x the customer traffic.

As of recently every time I ordered online or DoorDash they mess up my order . Even through the app and it gets sent to DoorDash. I spent $6 extra for potato wedges just not to receive them. Food in the bag upside down,no straws,and soggy food. There’s also no way to get a credit or refund. Smh.. be better KFC

The food came very fast but it’s annoying when they offer “deals” like the 7 piece with 2 “large” sides and the fries aren’t anywhere near full. Check your food before you leave

What a joke. Showed up at 8:30, sat in drive through for 10 minutes (no other cars) to be told they only had 3 pieces of chicken left.. pitiful... Top notch management no doubt.

I don't know what happened over the year's but someone has lost the receipt ( the herbs and spices are non existing) And the smell I just can't go it no more. Why can't food be good like back in the 80s?

Thank you Shannon for going above and beyond costume services you are phenomenal employee and a person very polite and friendly I really love how you care to talk to me about the little issue I had with my order you got all fixed and I left very happy the way you handle costumer services it is very hard to say any or complain in the fast food Industry a lot employees are not nice now days but I really enjoy my experience at kfc please when you visit asked for Mrs Shannon for any issues you have she will help you and take care of you keep doing a great job Mrs shannon thank you very much
