Lynchburg doesn't have a great Chinese place to eat. But out of all the ones they have this one has the best food. The service is not the best. The lady is not fluent in English and cannot carry a conversation. You can barely order food there. The atmosphere is horrible. It is take out only and the whole restaurant is still closed down from covid. If you're looking for a great takeout.. this is the spot just make sure you know what you're ordering LOL

No people were visible when I walked at lunch time. Customers or employees. I finally walked behind the counter and back to kitchen down a long hall. I found a small lady. She was surprised to see me. 25 minutes later I had over priced mediocre food. Stay away,

1 star. Have not really had a big problem with the food or service till today (Oct. 29, 2023). The food is generally okay for takeout and the service, though not friendly, has not been rude. The lady at the cashier was really rude. The card machine here is really slow. It took like 5 minutes for my card to process. About halfway through I offered to pay in cash to speed things up but the lady just brushed me off. The whole time the lady was yelling in Mandarin to the guy making the food. It was really off putting.The food was heavily salted and made me feel sick. Stick to the location on Wards but don't go here.

I was in town for a funeral, my cousin suggested this place to me. I went over and ordered my food in person. The total was completely different from what the menunjukkan suggested by $10. When I questioned the total the woman just repeated the amount charged. I paid it as it was late and I didn't want to spend time fussing over the total. When I got back to my room I realized she had given me two large soups (I ordered small for two) she never said they didn't have small. Also 5 bags of crunchy noodles. This and her lack of politeness mad me feel taken advantage of. I know times are hard and I fully support small business (including tipping) but a business that takes advantage of customers should not be supported. All of us work hard to earn our money so the businesses you support should honor that with respect as well. I don't live here, but buyer be aware.

I loved the shrimp with garlic sauce and the portion I received for the price. I lived here some years ago but never ate here and what a treat I passed up but now won't miss a weekend without grabbing a bite.

WORST SERVICE EVER! THE PEOPLE THAT ORK THERE ARE EXTREMELY rude I called in my order 30 minutes ahead of time and when I get there I have to wait another 30 minutes. All I wanted was mixed vegetables and I got a egg roll. Every time I go there my order is wrong and they are just so rude I will never go back

The food was very blend to me and I did not feel well as I was eating it. Could be because I ordered 15mins before closing. But not a place I'll reorder from. Maybe someone else have better experienced then I did.

Never been so disgusted with how I was treated as a customer. I intentionally placed an online pick up order for lunch simply because it’s convenient in proximity to where I work, and they wouldn’t answer the phone after calling several times to place an order. Not to mention, they never have more than 3 to 5 customers in the store at one given time when I have been there, so the lack of promptness genuinely makes no sense to me.I truly love the food that this restaurant offers, but this bad service, the fighting right in front of you, and the lack of sanitation is enough to drive anyone away there is no sanitation rating present, the woman touches food with the same glove that she uses to prepare the food. It’s great food, but it comes with significant cost that outweigh the benefits look elsewhere.
