This is a classic hole in the wall Chinese restaurant complete with an empty drink cooler that may or may not be functional. There’s one guy in the kitchen and I assume his wife that’s running the place. We have tried every Chinese restaurant in Lynchburg since moving here 2 years ago and this one is by far the best. If you like old school takeout Chinese, this is your spot.
Bit of a language barrier, but the lady was nice and we got it figured out in the end. As others mentioned they yelled at each other in Mandarin a bit, but I didn't care. It's Chinese takeout, not a fine dining experience. Food was good.
Lynchburg doesn't have a great Chinese place to eat. But out of all the ones they have this one has the best food. The service is not the best. The lady is not fluent in English and cannot carry a conversation. You can barely order food there. The atmosphere is horrible. It is take out only and the whole restaurant is still closed down from covid. If you're looking for a great takeout.. this is the spot just make sure you know what you're ordering LOL
