Just left here after lunch. We got the chicken quesadilla and chicken tacos. The people were very sweet, and the food was flavorful and affordable! And he turned the heater on so we could sit outside. 10/10!
Owners were very friendly. Service was great. I ordered 3 tacos. They were full of meat, but the hard shell was too crispy for my taste. The salsa was great, but the chips were too hard for me. Did take them with me. My husband ordered a burrito. He liked it okay.
My husband and I absolutely love La Cocina! It is our most frequented local spot. The service is amazing and fast. The family that owns it is so kind! The portions are always generous. The food is outstanding and authentic. Our combined favorites are the carnitas, al pastor, and chicken/chorizo tacos (with the amazing homemade red and green sauces), as well as the chips and salsa. They have added more seating and a tent with a fan and a heater to better accommodate eating there...
