love their food. it's always fresh, organic and delicious. only problem I have is with their pico. some times veggies are not cut evenly so you might get a big chunk of onion or chili, then you might get a big blast of that one taste instead of a nice rounded combination. it's also good to know that everything is organic or they dont offer it.
Customer service is something I very much value. My experience at this Chipotle was explicitly sub-par. The individual that prepared my bowl was extremely rude and unpleasant with asking what I would like on my bowl. There was no hello with a smile, and I did not appreciate that I had to initiate a hello. I would love to see further coaching to their staff of what they can do to improve the customer experience here. The food was very good, and no complaints there.

The lady with the nose ring could learn a thing or two about customer experience. You shouldn’t make your customer feel like they’re inconveniencing you when they’re spending money at your establishment.
