I’d say a 4-star is still a “good” experience. On average it’s a good Panera to visit. A bit on the slower side. Might want to avoid the after church rush on a Sunday but cause that can result in an hour wait time for your food but otherwise a good Panera.
Amazing place to eat and work. One of the staff baked us a fresh pumpkin cinnamon roll + regular cinnamon roll for free because we ordered one and they didn't have it.
The girl at the window was rude and then it took them 10 - 15 mins to get our food out of the drive thru window. The food wasn’t good. I have better at another location. I will not be going back to this one.

However, some customers have experienced issues such as receiving only half a sandwich with a small amount of chicken salad that doesn't cover the whole sandwich, which was disappointing especially given the high prices. Prices are considered high, with some paying around $17 for a BLT Chicken sandwich and a large tea. Service has been reported as below average, with staff often unable to answer questions or frequently getting orders wrong, including drive-thru mistakes and difficulty making simple drinks like a 20oz latte. Parking can be tight and difficult at times due to narrow spots, and service speed is sometimes slow. Despite these issues, the sandwiches are generally good if customers are patient with the rest of the experience.
