i never know what to expect here, the food changes every time. i get either the greek goddess avocado toast, asiago bagel, or a greek salad. the toppings change every time i go, i never know what’s actually right. bagels are always burnt, and the toast was an absolute mess. on top of that, it takes 15 minutes in the line when ONE person is in front of me, and they’re definitely not understaffed in there. 🤦🏼♀️

I recently began studying at this Panera location and I am in utter disbelief. The service here, as well as the food, are excellent. A young man named Dre has caught my attention and I thought I would give him some praise on this review. He remembered me from my first visit and made a concerted effort to go out of his way and greet me. Thank you for your service Dre, and thank you Panera for your welcoming environment.

Door dash gave us a horrid experience (food came 3 hours after we ordered it), but Christina was helping us every step of the way, making sure everything was fresh and that we were updated regardless of what transpired. It was nice to see this level of care and dedication to a customer.
