We enjoyed going to eat here. We went inside and it was very clean. The food was fresh and delicious. The only fall back was we order take out for the other two who stayed at home. We ordered the same items and was offered a cheaper price by $10.00 so I was disappointed bc they never offered to refund us the overly priced food we had all due to the clerk who didn't offer it. Make sure to ask them for their deals not all employees will tell you, and they won't offer...

Went to Long John Silvers for the first time since living in Lynchburg and met the nicest person behind the register. Her name was Tina and she carried a smile through every need I had. That smile and great attitude made such a difference in my experience and when I go back I’ll be going to see Tina.

Wait was 17 minutes drive thru. Order was incorrect. Chicken was too hard. Employee taking money was more interested in talking about sum latest Rihanna something w another Employee. Took several minutes before actually putting my card in for payment. Because her conversation was more important. Does no good to say anything to anyone there. I don't ever go here due to this crap. But my father and daughter wanted it. Worse place to go on Wards Road. Employees are friendly...
