We came here for our 10 year anniversary tonight. Our amazing waitress Alexis C went above and beyond making our evening an overall success! The atmosphere was calm and inviting but kept your interest. I loved the wooden murals. Only bad part was the pink in my husband's steak. It is very rare that a restaurant gets his steak right on the first try. They were no exception, but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!!
Studies show that people who are satisfied with an experience may only tell 1-2 people, while someone who is dissatisfied with service will tell 10 or more people. I believe that with the temporary management at LongHorn’s, we almost lost our status as customers. However, let me brag on the manager, Stacy, and our waiter, Bella; they provided us with the best customer experience ever. Keep in mind, I had no plans on returning, and when I did, it was only an hour before...
I went there for dinner with my girlfriend. I ordered steak and potatoes, she ordered steak and shrimp. Some how they reversed our steak cooking temperature. We were seated quickly but a little delay with the food so I didn't want to send it back and wait longer.
