Food was what you expect. Order kiosk was not working properly but you don’t find out until after you’ve tried to order. There is a big full wall next to the cash register where the employees hide behind so it’s hard to get help. Most of the tables were dirty.

I am normally a big fan of McDonald's; however my experience June 27 at McDonald's on Timberlake Rd. was way below their normal performance. One item i typically love is their fountain diet cokes. Yesterday the sodas were flat in several fountains. I told one of the employees and she said a manager would look into that. Also my cheeseburger had very little condiments on it: one pickle, a smidge of ketcup, NO onions. I hope they realize that being next door to Chick-fil-a...

The staff acted like know one was the we plus another young lady had to have them to get us some tea when they finally did I told them they were out they still didn't listen to me I don't know if I will stop back in again
