The general tso's chicken was frankly, nasty. Odd taste. Any Chinese buffet or takeout in Lynchburg/ Campbell county area is better. Rice was ok.

Food was lukewarm at best. Noodles had no taste. “Gochujang chicken” tasted like it was just swimming in Franks Redhot rather than actual gochujang. Folks were nice enough but I won’t be back for that quality/price.

Went to the mall today and swung by mein bowl in the River Ridge mall in Lynchburg Virginia. I walked up to the food bar area and asked how long it would be for Cream cheese/crab wontons as there were none in the bin. They had lots of vegetable eggrolls, but no cream cheese wontons. **In the past, they have told me 15 minutes and they will have fresh ones out. Today, Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 2:10 pm a young man told me no, they didn’t have any and I asked him how long it would be before they come out. He told me they would not be making anymore. He told me “ We will have some tomorrow“. Since it’s only 2 PM and the mall is open until six, I found this surprising that for four hours, they are unwilling to make any more Cream cheese wontons For their customers.

Ordered general tso chicken & fried rice. & vegetable egg roll on 6/11/25 food was bland and gave me food poisoning will NEVER return .
The food is unflavorful. I order a double entre with lo mein noodles. The lo mein noodles had no flavor and the General Tso barely had any flavor as well. The spring rolls looked like the frozen ones from the grocery. I won’t ever order from here again.

Apparently they think fried rice is brown rice. Small portions for the price. Both East Express and Panda Express are cheaper and you get more food.
