Mission House is a Lynchburg classic! My husband's hot take is that Mission House's mall location at River Ridge is the best coffee in the burg. The specialty drinks are ALWAYS 10/10.
Super cute coffee shop! We came for LU CFAW and got a coupon bogo 1/2 off. I got a blackberry late with lavender cold foam! It was absolutely amazing. The ladies working we're so sweet and hand crafted our drinks wonderfuly.
While waiting on our order we watched one worker fill her personal cup with the ice scoop. She stuck in completely down in her personal cup then placed it back in the holder to be used for orders without washing it. Then the same employee along with another one ate what looked like cake over the open ice bin and on the counter where orders were being made. After working in food service I know these are against health regulations.
