Our server was Will. He was very pleasant, personable, and had great customer service. Our beverages and food came quickly and everything was delicious.
Service was good. Ribs was falling off the bone. General manager was walking around checking on guest. Very impressed.

O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar provides excellent food and service with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the dining experience wonderful. The manager is sincere and even reminded customers of free pie day. Despite a slow Saturday night, the food was amazing, and the waitstaff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable evening for visitors. Special thanks to Karen and Hailey for the amazing hospitality.
