Painfully below-average experience every time. This is the last time I’m going to this Chipotle. I ask for extra rice (which is free) and they stare at you or give you the tiniest amount. Last time I asked three separate times for more and got less than a tablespoon per amount. Are you guys rationing rice at this location? Not a friendly smile from anyone either. No wonder this place is empty and I hope it stays that way.
Foods good, but they need to make it more appetizing when going thru the line...mix the beef , chicken etc. When it looks dry on top not very appealing...have someone check the bathrooms after a rush, empty the trash cans, wipe the tables down after someone leaves....get back to the basics....not that hard....been there , done that..
