Such amazing food and flavors! Jenny and her family are awesome. We have done both take out regularly and dine-in occasionally from Pho Saigon for a few years, at this location and the one before that off of Timberlake. Worth the drive to the new spot! You can’t go wrong, whatever you choose off the menu.
I found this place on my way back to the DMV area from the southern border of Virginia. I was really happy to still be able to get a bowl of pho after 9 p.m. I thought the cuts of meat they used in their special pho were pretty unique, and the house-made chili sauce was incredibly fragrant. I ended up eating five or six spoonfuls of the chili sauce.
I'm from up north and find the food in central Virginia very lacking. I've had pho all over the country and consider myself a connoisseur. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was here. I get the same thing at any pho place i go to. Vegetable pho in beef broth, with meats on the side. We did grilled chicken skewers and grilled pork. It was fantastic.
