It's been awhile since I've had Pho. It was pretty good. The broth had the typical flavor. We got the steak, flank, tenderloin, and tripe. It arrived with the proteins in the broth and the sprouts, Thai basil on the side to add. It was good. It wasn't busy when we went on a Saturday around lunch time. So there was only one server. I will definitely check them out again.

I found out about this restaurant nearly 3 years ago, and I’ve been absolutely in love with their spicy beef Pho. When I found out that they were relocating to Madison Heights from Lynchburg, I was devastated, but determined to stay a loyal customer. Very friendly hostess. Fresh ingredients. I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and Special Fried Rice with Crispy Spring Rolls. Spring Rolls full of meat, very delicious. The Cucumber and carrots are very refreshing. I'm glad the soy sauce was separated to add to taste, since I watch my salt intake. The Shrimp Fried Rice was seasoned delightfully delicious.
