I love Pizza Hut! This location specifically is reliable and makes great pizzas! It’s the only place that delivers to our house, but I don’t mind…because it’s really the only place we want to order pizza from! Delivery is always fast and accurate.
This Pizza Hut always makes the best pizzas! Always taste fresh and the staff are very kind and helpful will definitely be coming back!

Have always been pleased with an order from this location. Today was an epic fail! Ordered the advertised special for delivery service. Delivery was uneventful but pizza was horrible. Cold, tough, and appeared to be stale. Nowhere close to the previous orders I have received. Yuck!
The manager is so nasty. She’s constantly rolling her eyes and shaking her head at customers. She sits outside in the car with her boyfriend instead of helping her over work staffed. Pizza Hut needs to clean house and take a close look at who they employ.

Pizza Hut has become our favorite take-out restaurant, and the one in Boonsboro has been great for us! In my last order, they forgot to include one item, so I called and asked if I could come pick it up (I live very close by) and they added an extra order of the item for free and were so kind and apologetic. We will continue to order from this location!

This location steals if you pay online with your card. They ran mine twice on the same purchase and manager told me it was my problem to deal with through my bank! So if you order and pay online, make sure you check your bank account!
