My (jalapeno sausage) kolache was delicious, highly recommend it. The donuts weren't quite as good, at least at 3 when I went. The glazed donut was still pretty good, but the cake donut was less so. Again, I went there at 3, the donuts are almost certainly better when they're fresher.

Have we been wanting to go here for a while.
I missed Shipleys having Kolaches from when I lived in Texas. Introduced my wife and Daughter to them and they loved them.
5 stars all around.

The service and people who work here are great. I had just heard great things about Shipleys, and was expecting fresher donuts at 5am. They tasted like they were defrosted donuts similar to Dunkin, with glaze on top. That or maybe I got some day olds? Smelled great and looked fine, mind the donuts being rather small, but all in all tasted pretty sub-par which was a little disappointing for the price.
