Coffee was great but ordered two drinks, one iced and one hot. Hot one came out iced, she wasn't very friendly about her mistake (ordered correctly and the sticker didn't say iced) , she remade it but wasn't happy about it. Coffee still tasted great
Normally my visit to Starbucks is an awesome one. (Except when I found out some of my points expired! ?? Very disappointing. We spend our money, we should be able to keep them.) The young lady who waited on me in drive-thru was an absolute joy. She even recommended a drink to me verses me keep asking for sugar free. I don't remember her name however thank you so much dear. ❤️❤️???? (Also no pictures, I inhaled the slice of cake and gobbled the coffee. I will be better...read full review

I study at this location at least twice a week. They do a great job always handing out free samples and they always have water on hand. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lynchburg area. Luke and Grace are super friendly. Luke greets everyone who walks in and is always smiling. I love this Starbucks being my third place.
