No Starbucks associate has ever done this for me! I sincerely appreciated her friendly demeanor and will definitely be returning to this location.

This is my go to Starbucks as it is right down the street from my house. Everyone who works at the Timberlake store is so friendly and hard working! They have hands down some of the best customer service in all of Lynchburg! My drinks are always accurate and delicious. I can always get through the drive thru quickly even when there is a line. Keep up the great work guys!! :)
