“I had a coupon that was out of date and asked the sandwich artist if I could still use it. I just knew the answer was going to be "no," but instead, they said "yes" and were so friendly about it. Did a great job on my sub with awesome customer service.“

Everyone was so friendly the bar was clean and fully stocked, the drink vista was fully stocked, the chip rack was fully stocked, as they all are each time I've came in and the store was super clean and nice!! All I had to do was make a phone call and the lady who had made the mistake immediately offered to make me a new sandwich. She was very sweet and helpful and it was overall just a great experience despite the mistake.“

“Nice subway shop with good classic subway sandwiches. Normally, it is not very busy, which is nice. There are plenty of options for an average price. The is plenty of empty seating too. It is coonviently located near other shops and stores along Timberlake road. It is definitely not perfect, but it is good.“

“Absolutely pleasant experience yesterday at this location. Dee was a joy to be around and she was very kind. I was having a rough day and she definitely helped with that. I got pretzels and a drink. I didn't care for the nacho cheese but the pretzels were good.
