The last several times we’ve ordered, my hibachi filet has been burned to a crisp. I tried to leave a note requesting medium, but there isn’t an option to select how the steak is cooked or add a comment. It’s really disappointing because we order from here frequently, but after three or more orders resulting in jerky instead of filet, I’m honestly hesitant to try again.
I bought my Granddaughter a couple of gift cards as we love the Boboa tea.
When she went to use them the manager said they were No good because they changed owners. The card has the exact name and address on it, but they still refused. The cost of a couple of teas would have created a great customer service response and made us continue to be regular customers. This rude experience has caused us to never want to go back.
